  • How does it work

    1) You choose your membership option 2) Pay for the membership option 3) Receive an email with your membership package, including the registration form within 24hrs 4) When you are ready to register link workers, complete and submit the registration form 5) Registered link workers will receive their log in and access details via email within 2mins to 24hrs

  • Are the courses accredited

    Our flagship courses are accredited by us 'The National Association of Link Workers'. It counts towards the link working workforce evidence of continuous professional development.

  • What if I can not pay by credit or debit card

    If you are an organisation and would like to request payment via invoice, you can do so by emailing membership@connectlink.org with the subject 'request invoice payment'. Payment must be made in full to get access to the membership package

  • Is this a recurrent payment or one-time payment

    This is a yearly subscription based plan. It offers the greatest value to organisations who want to empower, develop and support their link working workforce in order to increase positive wellbeing outcomes. By subscribing you are agreeing to pay the yearly subscription membership cost, regardless of whether you use all purchased licences or not

  • What if i want to unsubscribe

    If you no longer wish to subscribe for the following year, you can unsubscribe at any time through the "My Account - Billing" tab once you're logged in. if you subscribed via invoice payment, please send your unsubscribe request to membership@connectlink.org. Learners will still have access to the courses and membership package until the end of your billing cycle at which time they will cease to have access to the courses and their membership

  • Will members get a course certificates

    Yes. Certificates are generated automatically at the end of the course. A copy of the certificate is also sent to the email address the member registered under

  • Can i share one licence log in details with two or more people

    No, if the log in details is shared by multiple people, the system will automatically lock the account out. If you need to sign up more link workers email membership@connectlink.org
